Welcome to HH Korean Language Center (“we”, “our”, “us”). These Terms & Conditions govern your use of our website and services. By making payment, it is understood and agreed that the student has read, understood, and accepted all terms and conditions outlined here.

 

1. Use of Product and Services

Workbooks may not be reproduced, or distributed without explicit permission from HH Korean Language Centre. Class may not be recorded without explicit permission from HH Korean Language Centre, the teacher and the students present.

 

2. Product and Services Disclaimers

Workbooks sold through our platform are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. In the event of a product defect upon arrival, defined as a defect that renders the product unusable, we may offer a refund or replacement.

 

If a student experiences dissatisfaction with our class or teachers, no refund will be issued. However, the student may be transferred to another class with a different teacher upon request.

 

3. Billing Information

By purchasing products through our platform, you agree to provide accurate and complete billing information. You authorize us to charge your provided payment method for the total amount of your purchase, including any applicable taxes and fees.

 

4. Account Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account and access to our services without prior notice or liability for any reason, including but not limited to, violation of these Terms & Conditions or engaging in unlawful activities.

 

5. Copyright Information

All content on our website, including text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, and data compilations, is the property of HH Korean Language Center or its content suppliers and protected by international copyright laws.

 

6. User-Generated Content (UGC) Requirements

If you submit or post any content, including reviews, comments, or suggestions (“User-Generated Content”), you grant HH Korean Language Center a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, and fully sublicensable right to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, create derivative works from, distribute, and display such User-Generated Content throughout the world in any media.

 

You agree that:

  • Your User-Generated Content does not violate the rights of any third party, including copyright, trademark, privacy, or publicity rights.
  • Your User-Generated Content is not defamatory, obscene, threatening, abusive, or otherwise unlawful.

 

7. Workbook Purchase

The purchase of the Workbook is mandatory and non-refundable. In case of class termination, student will not be able to receive a refund on the Workbook.

 

8. Payment

Payment for the Workbook must be made in full upfront. Payment for classes must be made on the agreed time period. In case of non-payment by the agreed time, the student will be removed from the class. In case of late payment, the student must notify the admin team about the situation.

 

9. Class Commencement

Classes will commence once a minimum number of students have been enrolled. If this requirement is not met, the class start date will be postponed until the minimum enrollment is achieved. In case of a late start to the class, the student is not entitled to a refund.

 

10. Replacement Classes

In the case where a student is unable to attend the class, replacement class will be provided based on our discretion.

 

11. Partial Attendance

If a student has paid for the full course but is unable to attend all sessions, no refunds will be issued for missed classes.

 

12. Class Time

Class will be held on the same fixed day and time for the whole duration of the course.

 

13. Last Week of Course

The last week of the course (regular class*) will be the exam week. There will be no class on the last week of the course.

*Regular class refers to all classes excluding TOPIK I Preparation class, TOPIK II Writing class and Conversation Class.

 

14. Class Size Policy

 

If a class has fewer than 4 students, it may be dispersed and merged with another class at a different time to ensure a smooth and continuous learning experience for all participants.
