Junior Academic Administrator
We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Academic Administrator to support daily academic and administrative operations. This role mainly involves handling student and teacher communication, payment-related matters, class administration, invoices, and internal academic support tasks.
💼 Position: Junior Academic Administrator (Full-time)
🕘 Working hours: Tue-Thu (9am-6pm), Fri-Sat (9am-5pm)
📍 Location: HH Korean Language Center, Plaza Damas
💰 Salary: RM 2,500-RM 3,000
Job Description
1. Student & Teacher Communication
- Handle students’ and teachers’ enquiries through WhatsApp in a timely and professional manner.
- Assist with class-related updates, reminders, notices, and general admin support.
2. Payment & Invoice Management
- Track students’ payment status and send payment reminders when needed.
- Update weekly payment records and ensure payment information is accurate.
- Prepare student invoices and teachers’ monthly invoices.
- Cross-check students’ payments with teachers’ attendance reports.
3. Student Management System
- Manage and update payment-related records on the AOne School student management platform.
- Ensure invoices and payment information are properly recorded in the system.
4. Academic Admin & SOP Support
- Prepare and update class-related SOPs for existing students and internal admin operations.
- Support the team in improving admin workflows and documentation.
5. Notices & Ad-hoc Tasks
- Prepare and issue holiday notices, special event notices, or other student/teacher announcements when required.
- Support ad-hoc academic and admin tasks assigned by the management.
Requirements
- Able to join immediately or within short notice is preferred.
- Good written communication skills in English, with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally with students and teachers.
- Detail-oriented and organized, with the ability to manage payment records accurately.
- Responsible, patient, and able to handle routine tasks independently after training while following up consistently.
- Basic Korean language understanding or conversational ability will be considered an added advantage.

💼 Position: Content Creator Intern (Full-time)

Responsibilities:
- Plan and manage social media content for TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube.
- Edit short-form and long-form videos for brand channels.
- Create simple thumbnails, graphics, and visual assets.
- Write engaging captions and copy that match the brand tone.
- Keep up with social media trends and platform updates.
Requirements:
- Strong communication skills.
- Ability to generate and execute new ideas.
- Familiar with video editing and design software such as CapCut, Canva, etc.
