💼 Position: HR & Admin Executive (Full-time)
🕘 Working hours: Tue-Thu (9am-6pm), Fri-Sat (9am-5pm)
📍 Location: HH Korean Language Center, Plaza Damas

Job Description

• Support end-to-end recruitment activities — job postings, interview scheduling, and onboarding.
• Maintain employee records, HR documentation, leave records, and personnel files.
• Assist with payroll preparation, attendance tracking, and HR administrative processes.
• Support employee engagement initiatives, staff events, and internal communications.
• Manage the company’s social media presence with staff highlights and company news.
• Provide day-to-day administrative and operational support across the centre.
• Assist with finance administration — receipt management, bookkeeping, and payment tracking
• Coordinate with vendors, service providers, and building management on operational matters.

Qualifications

• Minimum Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Office Management, or related fields.
• 1–2 years of working experience in an HR, administrative, or operations role is preferred. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) or Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Drive).
• Strong organisational skills with a keen eye for detail and accuracy.
