➤ Academic Sales Executive
About us

 

HH Korean Language Center is a growing Malaysian MSME dedicated to providing top-quality Korean language education. We are looking for an Academic Sales Executive to drive student enrollment, enhance customer engagement, and support overall sales and marketing initiatives.

 

This role is ideal for a results-driven and customer-focused professional with experience in education sales, student recruitment, or service-based industries.

 

  • Location: Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia
  • Employment Type: Full-Time
  • Salary Range: RM2,300/month + Commission
  • Working Days: Monday – Friday

 

 

 

Key Responsibilities

 

  • Student Enrollment & Sales Growth
    • Develop and implement sales strategies to increase student enrollments.
    • Handle inquiries via WhatsApp, social media DMs, phone calls converting leads into confirmed enrollments.
    • Provide consultations to prospective students and parents, recommending suitable courses based on their needs.
    • Build partnerships with corporates, schools, and universities for student referrals and bulk enrollments.

 

  • Class Arrangements & Scheduling
    • Coordinate student registrations, class schedules, and teacher availability to ensure smooth operations.
    • Maintain and update class timetables, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
    • Work closely with the academic team to adjust class placements based on student progress and demand.

 

  • Sales & Marketing Support
    • Assist in promotional campaigns, events, and open days to attract new enrollments.
    • Provide marketing support for flyer distribution, partnerships, and community outreach.
    • Collaborate with the marketing team on sales-driven campaigns to increase student sign-ups.

 

  • Reporting & Data Management
    • Maintain accurate records of student inquiries, enrollments, and follow-ups in the CRM system.
    • Generate weekly and monthly sales reports, tracking performance and identifying trends.
    • Analyze sales data to optimize lead conversion strategies and improve overall enrollment rates.

 

Qualifications & Requirements

 

  • Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Education, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in education sales, student recruitment, or service-based sales.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with students and parents.
  • Experience in customer service, sales conversion, and relationship management.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Basic proficiency in Korean is an advantage but not mandatory.
