Digital Marketing Executive
- Location: HH Korean Language Center, Sri Hartamas, Kuala Lumpur
- Employment Type: Full-Time
- Salary Range: RM3,000 -RM4,000/month (depending on experience and qualifications)
- Working Days: Tuesday – Saturday
- Department: Marketing
- Reports To: Team Lead/Director
Job Summary:
As a Digital Marketing Executive at HH Korean Language Center, you will be instrumental in driving our online presence and student acquisition through strategic digital advertising. Your primary focus will be on planning, executing, and optimizing paid advertising campaigns across various platforms, including Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, and e-commerce channels like Shopee. Additionally, you will manage our website, enhance SEO efforts, and collaborate on creative marketing initiatives to strengthen our brand visibility and engagement.
Key Responsibilities
1. Paid Advertising Campaign Management (Main focus)

- Plan, execute, and optimize paid advertising campaigns on platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, and Shopee Ads.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics (e.g., CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS) to ensure optimal ROI.
- Conduct A/B testing on ad creatives and landing pages to improve conversion rates.
- Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in digital advertising.
2. Creative Content & Visual Marketing Materials

- Design marketing collaterals for both digital and offline campaigns (e.g. posters, events, booths) that align with the brand identity.
- Collaborate with the team to develop creative concepts and execute them across campaigns and platforms.
- Ensure visual consistency and high design standards across all marketing outputs.
3. Website Management

- Regularly update website content to reflect current courses, events, and promotions.
- Collaborate with web developers to implement new features or improvements.
4. Reporting & Analysis

- Generate regular reports on campaign performance, website analytics, and SEO metrics.
- Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis to inform future strategies.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field.
- 2-3 years of experience in digital marketing, with a strong emphasis on paid advertising.
- Proficiency in Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, and e-commerce advertising platforms.
- Solid understanding of SEO principles and website analytics tools.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
