Refund & Cancellation Policy

Welcome to HH Korean Language Center (“we”, “our”, “us”). This Refund & Cancellation Policy governs our refund procedures and your rights regarding refunds for purchases made through any of our platforms*. By making a purchase on our website, you agree to comply with this Refund Policy. If you do not agree with any part of this policy, please do not proceed with your purchase.

 

1. Refund Policy:

  • Instead of refunds, customers may opt to receive credits for the equivalent amount, which can be applied to the following month’s classes.
  • Credits are transferable to other parties, such as friends or siblings of the payer, but only for the classes provided by our organization. They are not transferable to services offered by other entities or organizations.
  • Refunds will only be considered in cases of system errors, such as duplicate charges by the bank. Customers must promptly report any billing discrepancies or errors to be eligible for a refund.
  • Refunds or credits will not be granted for missed classes or sessions due to the customer’s personal reasons or schedule conflicts.

 

2. Exceptions:

  • HH Korean Language Center reserves the right to make exceptions to this policy at its discretion, depending on the circumstances and merit of each case.

 

3. Cancellation Policy:

  • Once payment is made, cancellations are not permitted.
  • No refunds will be issued for cancellations initiated by the customer.

By proceeding with the purchase, customers acknowledge and agree to abide by the terms and conditions outlined in this Refund & Cancellation Policy.
